Ask·ilia provides an AI assistant that, on behalf of clinics, replies to patient messages and comments on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, helps schedule appointments, and records bookings in the clinic's practice-management software.
Information we collect
- Messages and comments you send to or about a clinic, and the conversation content.
- Profile information made available by Meta (your name and public profile details) and your platform-scoped user ID.
- Appointment details you provide (e.g., requested service, preferred time, contact number).
- Clinic account information from our clinic customers.
- Basic technical/log data from our website and service.
How we use information
- To reply to messages and comments, qualify enquiries, propose appointment times, and confirm bookings.
- To record confirmed bookings in the clinic's software (e.g., Dentos / Webapp).
- To route conversations to clinic staff when needed.
- To operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
We do not sell personal data and do not use message content for advertising.
How we share information
- With the clinic you contacted.
- With the clinic's practice-management software (Dentos / Webapp) to record your booking.
- With service providers that host and run the service on our behalf.
- With Meta, as part of operating on Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, consistent with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
- When required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, per-clinic isolation) to protect it.
